Is there anyone making a hood vent kit for the AXYS to prevent snow build up in the engine compartment? Just trying to avoid having to make my own.

I've had numerous over the hood days already.
No hood vent covers are needed.

All they do is make the pipe melt your hood.

I'm looking for some vent covers too. I've had many over the hood days as well but I have a huge problem with snow build up next to the quick drive. Can someone help?

Same here, over the hood the last two days and loads of buildup all around the quick drive, behind my Diamond S can.

The snow buy the quick drive is probably coming from you're footwells. When you kick you're boards clean it goes in the holes.

Its the pine needles that are a pain in the A$$ and wish there was some way to vent/ that area and still let the pipe escape the heat.
Over the hood powder melts but just freezes in the lower bulk head /
I agree the foot wells are the reason we keep kicking the snow forward- and freeze the QD and it's worse with the battery on the ES sleds

I too see ALOT of snow build up next to the quick drive belt...was wondering if it was getting in through the hood vents or through the footwell. I'm not sure yet honestly!
