I PUT SOME PIAA LIGHTS IN MY SLED AND NOW I NEED SOME VENT MATERIAL THAT WILL LET LIGHT THROUGH BUT WONT LET SNOW AND WATER IN AND CAN STAND UP TO SNOW POUNDING ON IT. ANYONE GOT ANY SUGESTIONS???

some pet proof screen, might be a little dark, but will keep the snow out.

First thing you should do is PM 2fun4u...she does the 2 Cool vents...they may have a vent kit for the Rev Headlight delete.

What I used is 1/4 inch weave steel mesh then formed it into the stock light openings and covered with screen door material.
The steel mesh makes it easy to attatch firmly by using existing light holes and windshield holes.
Cover with pet screen, screen door material, etc.
The screen door material will let some snow dust in, but it doesn't seem to be restrictive and does not cause problems.
I tried attatching just the material with no luck.
With the steel mesh it stays solid, keeps snow out and does not deform.
