Anyone from the area?

My Cousin, his wife and 7 year old daughter are moving there Oct 9, she will be teaching at one of grade schools. Probably the nicest people I know, you guys are getting some good ones from Ca. believe it or not!

what's the Job Market like?

g/f taught two years in a Vancouver middle school. Hated it...not the school, just Vancouver. She's a small-town girl though, and from the dry-side of the Cascades, so that's most of it. She liked the school district. They had money, organization, and weren't stuck in the 80's like the one she teaches for now is. Trust me, I get tired of hearing how screwed up the small, hick-town district is.
