Dont do it!!!!!!!!!!!!! super thin and kinks to easy!!! done that been there

on last years tunnel there is NOOOO support between where the running board brace ends and where he rivits the rear section which has the rear suspension mounts>>>> about 8 inches Long I had a gas rack with a 2.5 gal tank and and mine kinked BAAD in that 8 inches When I brought it up to them They stopped talking to me and I just spent time and money to hide the kink using special built snow eliminators that run 6 inches up the tunnel its strong now!!!!!! evey time I asked for help mike wouldnt even talk to me and his repair was two extensions which didnt even fit for 50$ threw them in the garbage when I got them But when I ordered it and had my credit card out he was all ears!!!!!!!! NO BULL **** take my advice /or NOT !!!!!!!!!!!! When I see his new tunnel he quietly incorporates His snow elininators as I had to to reinforce it right where mine kinked Mabe the new ones wont kink but its my last VA tunnel!!!!!! next time Carbon fiber!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have 2 sleds w/VA tunnels, CG has one, another friend has one currently and several in the past...no kinking problems ever.

I have towed SEVERAL sleds off the hill with their skis turned backwards and their rear skid up strapped on top of my bumper with NO issues (ask BigBull from Revy this year).

KAWGRN, Just a thought, but maybe the problem isn't Mike? He is one of the most customer oriented dealers I've dealt with...if he stopped dealing with you, maybe a look in the mirror is in order?

I bent one about 4 years ago.. however it was completly my fault (damn cornice drops).. and had nothing to do with the design of the tunnel.. there isnt a tunnel out there that wouldn't have bent with this wreck.. mike is a dang good guy.. with some very nice products

I feel the quality of the VE tunnel is first rate - they make a very nice product. I've a custom tapered tunnel and cooler on my M1000 - is certainly more stout then the stocker, and I carry 3.5 gallons on board. My only wish is that they were not so damn busy - took forever to get the tunnel, but it was worth the wait. My 2 cents.

Mike builds a great product IMO, and yes, modsledr towed out my sled with the track strapped to the top of his tunnel over some big whoops and quite fast at I might add ;)
My APEX tunnel was in some bad situations with no real issues at all. I must say in all fairness that I did have some questions for Mike after the completion of the project but never received any call backs from my messages or an answer to a PM regarding it. Other than that, super solid product and worth the expense.
