Van Amberg Nytro cooler relocation questions

I am thinking about doing this and was wondering from those who have how big of a deal it is to put in? Where do you move the cooler to, and would it allow you to run studs without having protectors in place?

Pictures would be great if anyone has any. If this would work it would allow me to only run 1 set of drivers for a studded 1.25 and a 2" mountain track.
