V-Force Reeds

I know a lot of you have used these reeds and cages but are they really worth it? Does it really make a big difference? Seat of the pants? I would like to hear from the people who have used them that have good or bad thoughts on them before I pull the trigger.

BTW: 08' Dragon 700

Thanks!

OWI nailed it! I think they REALLY help the EFI sleds but think of them as part of a performance recipe.

if all you are doing is reeds, or reeds and a can stick with the stock. The small amount of throttle response gain doenn't offset the longevity, reliability, and warrenty of stock.

What he said.....and for 300 + bucks the minimal gain doesn't pencil out.
Aren't most manufacturer's "stock" reeds coming out of a Boysen or V force bin these day's anyway???

I like 'em. Good product. Nice clean throttle response and the grunt is there when i hit the throttle. Worth it? no i dont think so if your running a stock sled. Throttle response & air-flow is nice but, the HP gain isnt there.

Top - I cant believe you would look for anything other than Wolfpack reeds. I thought we were over this before?
Maybe someone can find the old dyno sheets - the only way to go on a stock or mod engine!
