Let me know how things are out of Timberlakes. I live in Heber and my wife and I would love to go for a little ride. It will be our first in UT!

Hey we ought to hook up and ride sometime. I live here in Heber also. Cant wait for the snow

Just got back from Guardsman. It was rideable but you had to be really careful. I would guess about 18" coverage but it was raining slightly at the gate. We actually got off the trail more than I expected but we were picking lines based on coverage. Its fun for about 2 hours but we had to get out.

Bountiful

Drove up bountiful today only about five six inches. Was really disapointed:mad:

Farmington

Went up Farmington last night to do some testing. Both gates are closed at the split where the road goes up towards Francis Peak or Bountiful Peak, so you have to get a little creative to get around them. We went up towards Bountiful Peak, the bottom of the road pretty much sucked. There was about 3-4 inches of fresh snow at the bottom covering a real icy road. Once you get up a few miles it gets better. The top had between 1 and 3 feet in places with about 8-12 inches of it being fresh snow. Below the fresh snow is a hard crust about 1-2 inches thick from all the warm weather, then there is another foot or so of sugar. There was enough snow up on top to get off the trail in a few spots, but you still need to be real careful. Lots of rocks showing, and its almost bare in some windblown spots. If you circle around on the road to the southern facing slopes, the snow gets much thinner because of all the warm weather, so we stayed on the north side.

All in all a good time for testing. Plus the moon was out after it was dark so everything was lit up like daylight.

Bear River

Anyone been up to Bear River Yet? I have a cabin up there, is it was worth toting the sleds up this weekend.

We'll be up there to our cabin tonight. My mother in law lives there full time (Her own cabin). She said we have a few inches at the cabin. That means it should be pretty good up high. Had 6 to 8 inches last weekend on top too.

JMX: were is your place?

Hey Berg: Call me tomorrow. Maybe we can get together for a :beer; or two:beer;:beer;

It is my Families cabin we are in the Manor Lands on the north side. I heard that you can get up on Liz but the stumps are everywhere.

Small World, same here.;)
That is great I go up all the time and end up riding by my self and we all know how fun that is. You know the Eggett Place right off the road, that is ours. I just had a buddy go up with max from tcp and they said you can ride but not off the road.

A few of us are going up with Product Tester to tune in some sleds. We will be on a couple of M1000s and Apexs if anyone is interested. Trying the Mirror Lake Highway out of the Kamas side

It will be good to see some pictures and get some reports next week from guys sledding after the big storms.

Went up Gaurdsman yesterday and found some untracked places but it was pretty risky.

Really hope these storms produce some big mountain snows!!!!!!!
