Used turbo setup need some Knowledge

Alright guy's I bought a used turbo setup for a rev (ptek) chassis that originated from Turbo Performance. My plans are to with some modding to make it work on my 2010 summit 163 PTEK.

Turbo stuff,
Now comes the part were I start asking questions (pictures in the next post). The turbo is an Aerocharger. I'm unsure of how to identify size, It has a 10 blade compressor wheel. Maybe that will help? It came with the rev head pipe and Y pipe. I know I'll have to cut the turbo flange off and weld it to my xp pipe. I was guessing the Y pipe would bolt up fine? I will also need to buy or build a charge tube and exhaust tube. The charger comes with a waste gate on it will I need a blow off valve with it? How about exhaust valves will I need to change anything with them?

Fueling stuff,

The kit also came with an air box that has adjustable power jets in it. It looks like I may have to move the power jets to the carbs so the air box fits better. The carbs look to be standard PTEK carbs with 400 mains and 17.5 pilots. I got two electric fuel pumps with a relay and maybe a compositor/ regulator? I'm a little concerned with how to wire this whole fuel pump business up. Am I going to need a battery? How about reeds when the engine was New (short block 200 miles ago) the previous owner put Vforce reeds in it. Will these do the job or do I need turbo reeds?

Clutching/gearing
I have the rooster built setup from my ETEC that I had planned on using pieces of for my PTEK. Will that still be possible or do I need to go a completely different route? I'll be riding the sled between 8-12000 feet mainly in the snowies. What gearing is everyone running? I'm more of a tree rider I rarely ever go climbing if at all.

The digitron, boost, and fuel pressure gauge came with it. am I going to need a wideband? If you notice anything I may need to change or replace please feel free to chime in I'm new to the turbo game so any help is appreciated.
Thank you for your help, Jason

Couple of good threads w/ good info to try and get it setup. Mine is garret so don't know much about the aero. Stock reeds work great on a turbo. I like pipe reference for fuel pressure. 2.25 to 2.33 gearing (assuming you have 8 tooth drivers. Not sure I like the position of your egts, seem a little close, but I've never ran mine there. On y pipe, I install as far out as possible trying to avoid overlap. Pressure relief valve to powervalves and you won't have to wire or glue. I run 340 mains. Had 390's to start so might not want to change until you get a chance to ride. Not sure what is up w/ the harness. Pump can be wired right into an accessory wire. DJ is the man for clutching. Oil delete to make building your charge tube easier getting dialed.
