Upgrading Mcx Apex to 19T?

I am thinking of upgrading my 07 MCX apex w/ stage II kit to the 19T and stretching it out to the 174. Has anyone got any experience with making the upgrade? What kind of power increases can I expect? Any changes good or bad to throttle reponse or other issues to watch out for?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I think thats a great idea so stop fussing around and upgrade it lol You can have it installed before we go sledding next week.
