Upgraded to premium.. Didn't work.. Twice

Hi I paid to upgrade to premium twice thinking the first time I did skemthing wrong but I'm still not upgraded? What do I have to do?

If by some chance you just happen to be Kody, then I know what went wrong.

The payment was applied to XP 800 rather then XP_800

I WILL GET IT FIXED RIGHT NOW.

Sometmes the accounting system has issues with "symbols" used in people's names.

That happened to me, I think on 12/28/14. Don't know if it was the same reason or what.
