UPGRADED ARP BOLTS FOR THE QUICKDRIVE PULLEYS.

The short bolts for the bottom are in stock with Summit again... Just ordered a set.

The short ones are for the bottom on all 2013/14/15 QuickDrive equipped sleds... The 14/15 have a longer top bolt as outlined in the first post of this thread.

As far as I understand the bottom ones were never out of stock. I ordered a package of each about a month ago and got the 663-1001 about 24 hours later seeing I am from Michigan. The 663-1005 on the other hand were supposed to be shipped the 14th but an e-mail from Summit a few days prior stated they were still on back order from ARP due to a manufacturing issue. The new date they gave me was the 19th.
I wish I could have just gotten a set from someone instead of dealing with the delay.

UPDATE: Bolts never showed up so I called today....They were gonna email me again after the first of the year to tell me the bolts now will not be shipped until the 3rd week of January.....Nice people but very very poor communication.

Thanks for pushing this back up MH- It's a great topic, straight forward.
Bottom line, the ARP- has seemed to end the issues, at least on my slice of the world.

TTT

BEST to read from the first post onward

AND...

Spaark

From the Axys-section post

I'm seeing that the Polaris part number for the AXYS QD, 7520187, for the top and bottom QD bolts are NOT the same as the longer bolt for the ProRide QD's.

PN 7520187 is a M10 - 1.25pitch x 45mm long... which is 5mm longer than the ProRide bolts.

Which are showing good in stock at Summit racing.

Old shafts, Boring and threading deeper

I have not read this entire thread.

We have been machining the old shafts for the
New longer bolt and the breaking problems seem
To go away.

The ARP bolt has to be added insurance ?
