Under-hood bag options on axys?

I just got my new 2016 axys rmk last week as was noticing that there is quite a bit of room to put a goggle bag above silencer area. I don't think there was anything specifically built for the axys this year, but was just wondering what other people have done and how they have fastened the bags and what they've used for hardware? I know there is a polaris bag or a WPS bag that I used on my pro. Any input would be great.

I used the polaris bag for the pro on my axys, it fits really well, no biggie installing it, use the 2 outer mount points, dont use the "rod" and zip tie the back to anything solid under the hood, works great.:face-icon-small-coo

Im usin my old bag as well,i just used zap straps to fasten the outer front edge, works great

I also used the goggle bag off my pro.

Yep.
Pro bag works mint.

I made a simple mount for the 2 front hole from some 1" aluminum strap that I had laying around the shop.

I just put it between the dash and tank cover and used the dart to hold it. Then drilled holes in the aluminum for the front mounting points of the bag. Used a push dart on the rear and a bolt and lock nut on the front.

The rear strap I used a big zip tie around the steering support to attach thehook to then hooked the fron hook to the exhaust pipe spring and cinched it up. Works mint!

Do you have mounted it whit the stock can?
When i tested the bag rested on the can..

I'll get a picture today of how I did it, its not near the can at all, I used the existing push pin for the front left corner of the bag, then the little bolt for the right side, (drilled small hole in plastic) then zip tied the back areas to frame ect under the hood.

I did mine basically the same way- 3 rides on it banging the sled around- no issues- and I keep my cell phone in there stays toasty- and since I have the PIDD I charge my cell phone off the USB port !

I have the PIDD too and am going to install the NXT LVL windshield bag. I looked into charging my phone off the USB and found it says in the manual not to use it for that. So instead of risking damage to the spendy gauge, I bought a dual USB and plugged it into the 12 volt accessory port under the headlight.

I think the port was $8 buck on Amazon.
