Ultimax Belt

I just can't stomach the $165 the dealer wants for a 377 or 288 belt. Has anyone tried the Ultimax 803 or 821 on a rev and what is your impression with either belt?

Have heard some good and bad things about both Ultimax belts...never personally run one as I was feeling the same way you do about paying that kind of jing for a belt. Alot of guys will tell you that if your clutches are aligned properly and the right clutching setup for your elevation is key. I have had good success with venting the side panels and the floating secondary. Have over 700 miles on my belt and it still looks great.

I love the Ultimax belts. I have run them for the last 1500 miles or so. Very good belt. One year warranty too!!

i cant fault the ultimax belts but i do notice 200-300 rpm loss when i put one on instead of the factory belt on my 07 xrs

Go for the 821 drive belt for the widest width over the two.
Have ready an adjustable pinweight set so you can recalibrate if needed to get your rated rpms again.
