I have a new, unused Ulmer Racing Trail Performer Package for an Apex (set-up for 91 pump gas in Utah). I bought it, then decided to go Turbo. It includes a modified air box, Power Commander III, and Power Commander Ignition Module. I paid $880 for the kit, but I am willing to sell for 1/2 price ($440, plus any shipping). I will also throw in an Excell Under Tunnel exhaust with shielding I built for $110 more ($550 total, exhaust alone cost me $500).
I went with an Impulse turbo, so unless I decided to buy an used Apex as a spare sled, I have no use for these items. I believe the prices I've set are more than fair. You can save 1/2 for the Performer Kit, or much more than half if you decide to take it all.
