Stupid roller rocks that take ya down. I'm sure I looked like Bambi stuck under my bike........... And that is after I passed the hub and did a complete 360 FAIL move. All I was doing was picking up the bike and the ground started to move and down I went with the weight of the bike. The left knee went where it shouldn't have gone. Dang it!!!!!!!! I was getting so excited for Fall hiking and biking. What a let down. O-well. I'm just glad I got to get out there the times I did.........

Bummer! Get well soon. Hopefully you'll be good for the snow. That sucks I know how you feel. I have 5 knee surgerys on my left leg.

Seriously, that sucks! Sorry GP. Baby it real good so that in 3 months when the snow is actually good you can get out and rail it. Can you keep up with the kiddos now?
