Hey you must be as bad as I am about watching UFC and the MMA style fighting. I cant seem to get enough of it. Koscheck absolutely pummelled that guy. He could have just pushed him over after the first punch. His legs were working but there weren't any lights on, the second one just shut all systems clear down. DAYUMM

BTW They are fighting in IF at Clair E Gayle JR High on Saturday.

Well mostly just trained...I have never done an actual sponsored fight...however being in law enforcement and the military we have our own little sanctioned fights. haha. I want to fight, but I will probably get in the old man divisions! That is how I seperated my shoulder....some young punk challenged me and we had a real fight. I beat his a$$, but still seperated my shoulder. The dude could hit though...he rang my bell a couple of times. I am pretty proficient in Jujitsu, but want to learn more disciplines. I have also dabbled a bit in Krav Maga...I love the Israelis! So I bet you know my buddy over there that trains....his name is Dwayne Sanders. Right now he would beat my a$$...I'm so not in fighting shape! ...but will be again soon! I have trained off and on for 10 years.

Ya that arm bar by Cantwell was sick!!!! Ya that dumba$$ didn't tap! Cantwell said he had been waiting forever to do that....hahaha....sick little b@stard!

Had some good fights in town last weekend, glad its finally takin off here at home. Had the number 1 ranked woman in MMA in the ring. She didnt fight but will soon in Las Vegas. She is from Idaho Falls and shes pretty easy on the eyes!

I was wondering if Cantwell was gonna take that guys arm off and beat him with it, what an idiot for not tappin!

I am totally addicted to the UFC events. I was enjoying the fights last night, and realized they were televising them to us non-ppv, so I had better step up and donate.
