Although I always wanted to see a Silva / GSP fight, I'm not to excited about it anymore. Silva is just to big, I'm guessing he naturally walks around at 205. Just to much size difference, and plus GSP's stand up isn't anywhere close to Silva's, IMO.

EDIT: I remember watching Cung Le (current strikeforce 185 champ) and being awfully impressed with his striking, though.

Machida is the real deal
At this point he's not only has never lost a fight but he has never lost a single round
The guy drink's his own Pee in the morning fer christ sake
Now that's dedication
I want to see Hendo Sylva II

I thought he made Forrest look silly. Silva had his arms down a few times telling Forrest to come after him, and that's when he knocked down Forrest for the last time, moving backwards dodging his punches and threw a right.

Also, did a few of what I call the Rashad head bobs, which I don't really care for but when Silva does it and stays in the pocket, pretty impressive.

Forrest literally ran out of the ring when he gained his bearings.

Yeah because he was probably afraid Anderson was gonna make him put on a dress and force him to cook a hot tasty meal.
 
Can't think of ANYONE that would be worthy for Silva. Not a single person..
 
Hendo is the only guy capable of taking out Silva at 185. It will take an elite level grappler to do it. Hendo did it for the first round when they fought before, you just need to follow that game plan for an entire 5 rounds. Problem is that is next to impossible because if you stand in front of him you will get KTFO'd in short order. Just incredible performance by Silva.

At 205, he against Machida would be interesting because of Lyoto's elusiveness and ability to take people out of their gameplans. Interesting contrast in styles between Muay Thai and karate, could easily nuetralize eachother or be explosive. My bet would be they would bring the best out of eachother and it would be an incredible fight.

Penn put on an absolute clinic as well. At 155 there is NO ONE who can touch him. Florian is a very solid fighter with no real weaknesses and Penn made him look like he had NOTHING that could threaten him. Penn in one of my favorite fighters and it is alot of fun to watch him at his real weight class and showing how great of a fighter he can be.

Sort of obvious to me right now how the champs at their weight classes (Penn, GSP, Silva, Machida, Lesnar) will all be champs for a LONG time. Truely great champions right now at the tops of their games (not really Brock, but he is improving and already better than everyone in the HW division). Fun to watch and have to give credit to UFC for having the best fighters in their weight classes in the world beside HW (not UFC's fault that Fedor is being blinded by his management team).

I don't know. To me it looked like Silva completely demoralized him infront of millions. I mean Silva's hands are at his waist and Forest is firing away coming up empty. From the outset of that fight, Forest realized he was outclassed and had no shot.

I'd like to see a GSP vs Silva fight.
