Two wheel kit help

Where does the one washer go that comes with the kit? Stock had one washer to but it fell out when i was takeing it apart and didn't see where it went.

I believe it goes right on the wheel bearing and the plastic spacer closest to the rail. That's were I put mine.

The HRP kit contains one and you are supposed to use the one that got pulled off so there is one on each wheel on the rail side. So one side of each wheel bearing is in contact with a washer and the other side of the bearings will be facing each other both touching the spacer that goes over the shaft. Sorry I don't have pictures.
