Twin Falls-Alpine I-15/hwy 26

Hows the route into Alpine?
I remember driving it last year and didn't think there was anything to major. Isn't there just 1 pass before Alpine by a big lake? Do they keep this route clear?

The only potential trouble spot is just past Ririe (antelope flats), if there is
any snow and the wind is blowing they will close it down for visibility.
Then past it you go around Palisades reservoir which can get slick, but, it is
generally well maintained/plowed.

Yah, ^^^ what he said. Not really any passes, just a gradual climb out of IF all the way to alpine. Some definate curves to be carelful on if icy.
