Turbos and long distances?

For the most part i'll just be in a given area and play riding, but do want to do some high altitude distance rides like Crested Butte to Aspen.



Anything to worry about?



Read about guys back east having a few issues, but something about brapping a little would keep codes down?

CB to Aspen is under 30mi. at about 10-11k/ft.

Suppose that's short by east standards, but most CO riding is unload and you're there.

depending on how you have the thing tuned, it could be an issue.

The aerocharger code isnt hugely condusive for super crisp tree riding and safe long trail riding. That being said, throwing a light or two of yellow at it for peice of mind on the trail is nice and easy. takes like 5 seconds.

Definently add a little fuel on long runs with steady throttle positions. I always keep the throttle moving to keep it from going lean or getting hot as they will do if you cruise along at 5k rpm's. Or just get the bullydog from Justin and dont even think about it.
