Hey guys, curious as to how to turbo XP's are working??
1) Whos kit?
2) How much boost??
3) How hard to tune and keep tuned through out the day?
4) And how are they working in the trees?? Lag time, bogs, clutching issues, etc??

Thanks very much!!

I have been around 2 turbo xp. Ones back at the shop and the other one is beatiful but we have yet to get it to run worth a chit. There is no customer service to help out either.. Stick with a fuel injected turbo and u will be happier and the service is there to back up their product.

Got one here in the shop. An 08... 22 pounds boost on dyno at just over 300+ hp. WICKED FUN TO RIDE! 1/2 throttle and it lifts skis 3 feet in the air so easy. can go up to any hill with no run at it and still climb all the way to the top no matter snow depths. CRAZY!

Mine is making just under 380hp on 30 lbs of boost. Its SUPER CRAZY WICKED FUN TO RIDE.

Gotta go. Gonna jump on my unicorn and go find a rainbow so I can get some more pixie dust. That should get me over the 400hp mark.:)

Custom kit..... Not a turbo boys or anything. 306HP and 22lbs of boost! that was dyno'ed! Don't run at that when ridin it, set it at 10-18 when ridin... Custom airbox hand built, no DPM, Custom built pipe, and stinger... Just had some trouble with it today, workin on figuring it out. It blew the reed frames apart, there was a big gap between the split reeds. So replaced those. Also got a TPEX and custom cat turbo! this sled is crazy! 114 octane fuel...

I have a buddy that runs an arrowcharger turbo on his xp 154. Has had a tuff time with it. Some days its on and some days its sick. They had a problem with fuel at an idle it runs off the stock fuel pump when it is on boost it runs of the other fuel pump instaled with the turbo. I dont know all the in and outs I just know that he ended up blowing the diaphrams out of the stock fuel pump and pushing fuel into the crack filling it. They think that they got that figured out and now they are haveing trouble with it loading up in the trees carbs are just a hassel on turbo's, I will give it this though it rips when it runs and im a polaris man.

I have got 2 years on my 06 rev at 10 psi and not a problem. Pull the rop and go.

Been running turbo with carbs for seven years now with the right setup the only difference between turboed and not is the power, pull the rope and go.
