Currently have a 2018 Mountain Cat with the Boondocker sidekick 50/50 tune. It should be possible to run the same turbo on the updated Ctec2 on a 2020.The mounting should be the same just a matter of tuning to the new specs of updated engine?

Since you can’t tune with the sidekick, your only option would be if BD releases a new tune to download into your fuel controller.
Yea I've had to send the box in two times already so whats one more time haha
And who knows how long it’ll take next season to get a good tune on the new motor.
Just curious, what elevation you ride at? How much race gas you have to run in your ctec 800 sidekick to notvdetonate? Does it still have the low end stumble?
Usually ride 9000-11000. Running half 110 half 91. Latest tune is way better than first 50/50 tune. Have had two days on the new tune and no issues I’ve noticed yet. It does use more fuel I definitely noticed that. I was told the fix was throwing more fuel on the low end as well as a little bit more on the top end to clean it up? Power is good it pulls hard. Haven’t done a lot of tight technical riding after getting the new tune. That’s a true test on and off the throttle to see if the low end is cleaned up. Don’t feel like spending another 4000+ on a new turbo for the 2020 that’s gonna run like crap and have to do experimental tunes like you said! You were spot on haha
