Turbo track poll

Well, standards only hold you back. It's seems like there are several guys around town feeling the same way, my house has been a busy place lately. On a positive note, I've met some real nice guys lately! :face-icon-small-con

Right! And on that note, you're almost out of beer.... and it wouldn't hurt to pick up a case of corndogs..... and we've used up what was left of your DD oil.

Is there any good comparisons of the old Camo Extreme and the new style that I'm running? Has it really improved?

Nah, some dude left a case of coors light here last night, I moved the corn dogs to the deep freeze and left that 15 oz. bottle of DD oil at your sisters house last night. Speaking of beers and your sister, there's $1.25 PBR's at Old C's tonight if you want to go.

I'm curious to see if the paddles fly off the new single ply CE as fast as they did off the old one. Maybe throw your track on Adams sled and test in out.

Why would we pay $1.25 for PBR when we could just drink dudebro's case of Coors for nothing? Drop the c-dogs from the deep freeze to the deep fryer and we'll throw up this saloon door on her room. Good efficient mod for the cause.

I've never had a problem losing paddles on the old CE. Don't get confused with the old Challenger POS that was an option on the M7s. That track sucked. My new single-ply CE definitely has less rolling resistance than the older 2-ply. That should help with track speed. Also it's a full 2.5 flat-top paddle, not like the old one with the little fingers on the end.

What about the peak track,, asked a while back and had two reports, one good one not.. Any body else have a say?

Alright, come drink old dudes beer and we'll take a look a my sled. There's pulled pork BBQ here so I'll save the corn dogs.

I think the delaminating was mostly on the 3" pitch 174....That and your old phaser didn't really have the h.p. to throw paddles. I like the little fingers, they moved a lot more air while building boost on the track stand.

Were you running in fluff or late in the season. Most of our snow is wet/heavy.

How would you compare the 90 duro PC to the 2.5" CE(153)? You've got me really close to buying/trying one of the single ply versions.

Ran it on the 09 for 2.5 years. Didn't like it in stiffer stuff more than in softer stuff oddly enough, but can't say there was any condition that I did prefer it over the 80.

HEY those are my beers and I want at least a couple for the next time I'm over, also I was wondering where those corndogs got off too but the left over pulled pork was tasty.

I think Adams tracks holding up great, its more the rails that are the problem. We'll see how his track works out if he ever gets out for a ride.

You know, I looked at that nasty flat billed hat on the coffee table this morning on my way to work and thought it might be yours. I should have known.

Of course Adams track is holding up, it's only got about 100 miles on it in the last two seasons. You have to keep the DD in one piece to destroy a track. How's your track holding up with the additional hp?

Good point about Adams track. As far as my track goes it seems to do the job as long as I keep the rubber side down and yes the additional HP is just lovely. Now only if it would snow...

I put the new 9174 camo track on, it is a 153, I like it much better than the PC, it hooks up waay better and still seems to do good in the pow, thought it might just dig a hole but seems pretty comparable to the PC in the pow, I was really hard on it, rocks stumps etc.. tore a couple lugs but no missing ones I was pretty surprised. Another note tho has anyone expirienced vibration with this track? I am getting terrible vibration up in the foot well area, looked everything over- diamond drive is new, bearing on the brake side is good, have a anitstab on the skid, drivers look fine, I dont know if I am missing something?

Does anyone have the hard numbers for weight on the 153 PC and the 153 CE(2.5)?

Am I dreaming or isn't the new 9174 a single ply? I can't seem to validate?
