Turbo track poll

I am wondering what track is most common on M series Turbos. What you've run and hated, and what you have now. Track length, and PG or RG would be nice to know too.

so make it a poll

Just scroll down and do the poll options.

I like.the pc 153. 162 turbo's take challeng from riding. I have used camo works good ought reversed and did 2.5 its ok best stopping but the 150 I had would trench bad.

Twisted RG M1000 162. Ran the stock challenger last year. Just installed Camo Extreme 2.5", but won't be running it until next week. Very excited to see the performance difference.

141 PC... the only way to go!!!:face-icon-small-win

If i were looking for an all around sled, the new CE in a 153 would be my hands down choice... it pulls like a 162 & still feels good.

Why are convinced that the CE is better? Powder, Spring, Downhill, less wheely, Lift....????? I know we ride different parts of the world, but I all ears. :face-icon-small-hap

I'm running a hard 153 powerclaw. It works excellent in most everything. Downhill still kinda the pits. I have been interested in the single ply CE but want to be sure I dont waste a bunch of dinero.

Trying to get some feedback to help me get off the fence....Thanks

Haven't turboed mine yet but I have thrashed my 162 CE due to low snow conditions (trees, rocks, stumps) and it's held up really well.

I've seen the videos... you ride like a 9 year old girl.

Apparently I ride with 5 girls because every one of them seems to be having a problem starting their sleds this season. I'm moving onto a new group of girls.

I find the PC 153" on 8 lbs of boost is great in all conditions. I have no problem with going down hill with it. There is no doubt the 2.5" paddle moves more snow than the 2.25". I think the Camo Extreme feels like a off road tire as compared to the PC feeling light and fast. I like the track speed of the PC also.

The 153" PC seems to hover in or over the snow for me at times! Makes the sled quick and flickable in the tight steep stuff and is a riot in the deep meadows! And it still climbs to the moon if you point it straight up! LOVE IT!

three inch ce is a workhorse, do things and recover from alot of screw ups that other tracks would get have you stuck

downside is is harder on arms, and body in general, and the smaller other tracks will spin more alowing more time to make a line, side hill easyier because there is more spinage, i really feel the ce takes some fun out of the trees since it makes your sled a point and shoot, but is easyier on the back from less stucks

Well maybe if you would spend less time working on my roommate and more time working on my sled it would be finished and we would be riding.

Btw, Camo Extreme FTW

I wouldn't say I am convinced, but riding a few of them they hook up VERY well, without the trenching action that I feel I always saw from my 156.

I think it's got some of the "able to spin" tendencies that the PC has, but with a bit better grab. I would say it's like a meeting point between the PC & the old CE.

For my sled I prefer the "spin" that the PC gives me, so I'm not saying that the CE would be best for ALL, but I would think for most folks it is a more predictable consistent track.

Turbo track

2009 M-800 w/CPC stage 3 running 10#, 12# and 14# 162 3 inch is working awesome!!! night and day diffrence compared to powerclaw. its a hand full at 14# with this 3 inch. not quite as much track speed as powerclaw but i can tell i wont go back to powerclaw. i can see how a 2.5 camo extreme would be a nice track, bolts right on and keeps track speed, good track for snow conditions in MT.

Yeah, I really need to quit sleeping with her. The low snow conditions have left me no option except to lower my standards in order to stay busy.

More snow! FTW

Well, standards only hold you back. It's seems like there are several guys around town feeling the same way, my house has been a busy place lately. On a positive note, I've met some real nice guys lately! :face-icon-small-con

Has anyone run both the 80 and 90 Duro p-claw on a boosted sled? Thoughts?

We have, didn't like the 90.

Were you running in fluff or late in the season. Most of our snow is wet/heavy.

How would you compare the 90 duro PC to the 2.5" CE(153)? You've got me really close to buying/trying one of the single ply versions.
