Turbo track length?

Buddy and I were arguing the best track length for a Turbo Pro/Assault. I was wondering what some you guys run as far as track length. What length do you think is best suited for a turboed sled? Climbing 70% of the time and tree riding 30%. Thanks.

I have run a 146, 153, 155, and now a 162 3'' extreme (all turbos) and each time it got better and better. The 163 is a bit of a compromise as it does not whip around as nice in the tight stuff, but it allows you to play in the deep tight fluff without digging a hole and getting stuck either. To take full advantage of the turbo, the longer the better. Not saying the 155 would not be a blast, but from experience I would not hesitate to go 162-163 depending on track pitch. The shorter sleds would definately all outperform any non turboed sled but a longer turboed sled would spank the shorter ones in the soft snow every time.

174"..... I'd have to get a bigger sled deck! I'm going with a 163". I think that is the perfect fit for what I do. Thanks for the reply though.

i ran the 155 polaris track, didnt like it, swapped to the 153 powerclaw like it a lot better but just not enough hook up so switched out to the 163 camo extreme. would have went 174 if it wasnt so damn expensive between the tunnel/cooloers/rails and track
