Turbo Rust

Ok, I'm new to the turbo world and was hoping I could get some input on how to keep the exhaust side of the turbo from looking all rusted? I was thinking of just cleaning it with a wire brush and putting some type of oil on it before and after each ride but there must be a better way.. Thanks

I wiped mine down with tri flow every few rides last season. I had the housing ceramic coated for this season.

Spay it with WD-40 after it cools kind of cheeses but it works. I have used turbo-X black coating from teck-line and it holds up well. Glass beed it first. You can install it and use the exhaust heat to cure it. http://www.techlinecoatings.com/hi-performance/bs-exhaust-system-coatings.html

I am interested to see how the ceramic holds up, but looks way better now than a rusty housing.
