Here is a 2005 polaris 900 166" 50th anniversary edition with a 2871 garrett.
Sled runs awesome but has got to go for the new summer project sled. It has 2500 miles on it and all of the stuff that the 900 gets a bad wrap for has been delt with. This is a great opportunity to get into the turbo world for a great price.

-06 pistons (500 miles on top end)
-compfusion motor mounts
-FBF throttle oil cable
-Skinz seat cover
-2009 RMK plastic conversion
-Rear suspention revalved for added power by Performance Fix Racing
-2871 Garrett Turbo With .86 exhaust housing
-Silber Oil tank for turbo
-Cutler oil pump
-Cutler rising rate fuel pressure reg. 1:1
-EGT guage
-Autometer boost guage
-New polaris Gripper skis
-Attitude Industries fuel controller
-Attitude Milled head
-Rider Select steering delete
-Billit Chaincase cover
-Iceage Rails
-Avid Extroverts
-Avid 8" Wheels

Im asking $6300 and am willing to revert back to stock if wanted. In that case $3500.
sled has ran great and i have run 10 psi on Av gas and 7psi on 91 pump @ 9000' elev.
Questions call Josh anytime @ 4062203248

I just dont understand why u are selling i have watched your build u just got it dialed in. I will have to think about it i want to go turbo on my 975 but would cost about the same to just by yours.. whats the fuel milage?

The fuel milage is a little worse than stock. I carry the 2.5 gal polaris fuel can and it works out good. I have also been running it rich still and leaning it out a little at a time. Ill do some more testing and let you know. It really is running great. the only thing that has gone out on me since the little Quirks at the beginning(air box) is the thermostat. Very minor. I would love to fill it up with strait 110 one of these days and see what the turbo is capible of as far as boost #s go. from what i have seen so far im guessing it will max out at 12-14. This is a smaller turbo for this sled as i was looking for instant throttle reponse. Thats what i got. Little laggy off of the very bottom but in on off throttle situations its super responsive. Ill keep it if you guys dont want it HEHEHE

TTT for a sick sled... it goes.. it may look slow in the video, the hill is bigger then it looks.. but its CRAZY.

I have ridden with this thing a few times now and I dont think josh ever gets stuck... the 166 with boost will take you throught the trees like a SOB!!!

just for reference, this hill is 600 vert from the lake to the top... its no little play hill. my sled on 12# was definately working for it as well!!
