turbo oil change????

ok this might be a stupid question but here it goes. do you need to change the oil in a turbo? From what i understand is that unless you roll your sled over the oil doesn't go down fast or at all. so if the oil doesnt disappear you would think that you would have to change it?:face-icon-small-dis if this is a stupid question and you do have to change it how aften? if not give me some info?
thanks

Not a stupid question. I've never read anything where it says to do it and when. Here is my rule.

oil is cheap, turbos $$$$$$.
I change mine every 400-500 miles
check it every ride ( color, smell and level) it only takes about 5 seconds

Happy ridding !

you should change your turbo oil at least at the end of every season

but check oil level on turbo before each ride

yeah check the oil level every ride i didnt once and spun a bearing scored the turbo and was out $ 1500....boonedocker said to run regular apv in the turbo works well...
