What does everyone do for routine turbo maintenance?
Check head bolts?
Gap plugs?

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance

every 3 rides.
1. Belly pan off, and clean entire underside of engine compartment.
(leave belly pan off)
2. Pull secondary off and clean
3. Pull pipe
4. Pull plugs and check burn
5. Check piston wash
6. Take brake cleaner and clean entire engine compartment
(do not spray directly into wire connections)
7. Check all bolts and nuts (factory, and turbo)
8. Flip sled on side again and clean belly pan area again, Make
sure to get the throttle bodies good and clean. Re-install b pan
9. Reinstall secondary and set belt up proper.
10. Check ski alignment, track tension, and track alignment
11. Grease all zerks.
12. Clean powervalves, check cables
13. Rip
I do this religous, takes most of a day, but worth every second. Your
turbo sled will appreciate the love.

I do the DD maintenance twice a year.

I totaly agree with everything j almot stated, but would add to just do a good thuro inspection of entire machine after every ride.

This is exactly why my turbo will most likley be for sale sometime soon :p

Not that I don't like it or that it doesn't run well, I'm just sick of constantly having to do **** like this :(

It is definately a lot of maintenance for sure, But in all actuality it still applies to a stock sled. I didn't do this every 3 rides stock, but every 4 to 5 rides

I would add double checking your exhaust donuts. I keep a couple in the toolbox. I also invested in a snap on orthoscope to check the reeds, which is easily done by removing the charge tube from the intake manifold. Also need to ensure that your intake is secure. Mine has worked loose before=no fun
