what block setting are you guys using , and what type of riding, and what boost. I just bought a Kmod kit from Kevin with the quick adjust block system, running a 2871-2 turbo at 10lbs of boost with straight avgas can't wit for the snow to fly. lookout steep mtns. i'm looking to rip you a new azzhle. where do you guys have yours set thinking a 1 block for the trail ride up the mt, then a 2 to play with- boondock, normal riding etc. then a 4 for the super steep chit, can adjust in seconds witht the new adjuster block, yeeehaw!!!!

Do you have the new adjuster or blocks, I always ran the blocks on the lowest setting, you get ski lift but its controllable, if your going to point it straight up I would go up a little. Just my preference for boonedocking

So you can go even less coupled, its just a matter of rider style, it will take a few rides until you get it adjusted right and working for you, more so just to get the feel. But play around with it or you will never know for sure.

those numbers sound real good

I was thinking 4 for super steep chit, I like the skis up so thinking 1 for playing ang blazing up the trail towards the good stuff

4 is for cliff climbing, and to me it limits handling if you need to maneuver through anything so unless its just a big pull I don't use it. I never did, not a chute climber and the ones I did climb I still left it soft.
I like to be able to lift the nose up a little for making those direction changes when needed.

How much is the K mod? Been thinking about adding it to mine. I heard you can order it complete or just the arms and coupler. Not sure.

Yes, it is a great addition to boosted sleds. You need to play around with it, but most of the time 2 or 3 will do the trick. All depends on your riding style.

Yep, best addition to my TM8......which I just sold today lol:(. The Raptor shock package is fantastic too. Great combo

I am itching to pull the triger and get one, maybe av8er would let me try his for the year so then I would know for sure:face-icon-small-hap

If I had a boosted m1000 I would buy one for sure

keep those skis somewhat controllable, when i first got my sled it was 3 foot in the air all day long fun but after ping ponging off a few trees with my skis, needed to tame her down some , now ski lift is fully adjustable for what you are trying to climb 1 for keeping her up 4 for keeping it planted

I have a Kmod on one of my TM1000's with the Raptor shocks. Not only am I able to adjust for keeping the skis down, with the Raptors I can adjust them and smooth out the ungroomed trail.
Great product!

Kudos bro, I can't wait to get home and bolt mine on

let the snow fly, we want lots for xmas Santa- don't let us down!

I really liked mine overall as well, it made mine a bit harder to turn in the wet set up snow,(lifts rear end up higher) but the 3'' is mostly to blame i think, plus i have that heavy big block up front too. Raptor shocks are insane awesome in every way!

anti-stab kit ???

I have never ran the anti-stab kit, now with the k-mod I wonder ??? is it nessesary ???
