Hey all I have a ? On clutching on my 06 m7 turbo the sled runs good I am over reving by about 400 rpm I'm at 8400 but it has no bottom end I have an ovs torsional set up with a grey spring I need to go bigger on my weights I know that but how do I setup to get more bottom end power it is a monster up top and I want that off throttle to thanks

Take the turbo off and put on a big bore! My turbos the same you need to spool up the turbo to get power to the ground it takes a tiny bit of time.

That's a thought but I like the sled it flat out rips it spools very quick as well it has tons of pull on top but lacks in the lower and mid I wasn't to sure on the install of my torsional kit I think I need more preload on the spring any thoughts there

I cant speak on your clutching since im still working on getting mine right but whats your elevation? Because running 110 for 6lbs sounds like overkill to me... Im running straight 91 on 8lbs at and Ive been running that from about 4000ft up and I dont detonate, I am running a low compression head so that does help but it still seems like overkill.

It probably is but it's what I have access to right now I'm gonna run av gas but didn't have time to run and get any this week I ride about 6k and up but not having a det sensor and the poor fuel these days I feel good running good fuel any insight on spring preload on torsional setup

Post in the turbo section, im not 100% sure my clutching is still in the works but keeps getting pushed back due to other issues so I havnt figured it out yet

mix your race with reg gas to get what you need and bottom end and m7 do not even go together.

I'm not a turbo guy but I'm 99.9% sure your slow burn of the high octane
Will make for very lazy bottom end throttle response. 110 has to be good for 10lb at elevation.

Yes to much octane will make it lazy also a m7 that is stock still is week on the bottom end but will definately have more in the bottom and mid than a turbo m7 the problem is the turbo is running a heavier weight so it needs to be higher in the rpm range to make enough power to start the weights working. The more boost and bigger weights you run the lazier it will become.
