F/S: 860 Big Bore Kit from Turbo Al

It is from a 2008 Ski-Doo Summit 800 XP

It wil fit 07-09 800R engines.

It is used, but in great condition. Comes WITH cylinders, head, raves, pistons, wrist pins, and bearings.
You would usually have to send Al YOUR raves, head, and cyl's.

Needs a new set of pistons (which can be purchased from Al) and gaskets.

Selling for a customer, he could not get the nitrous dialed in with the big bore, so big bore was removed and went back to stock. After installing all the stock components, he launched his sled off a 1000ft cliff and totalled it. We were going to re-install after everything else was dialed in on the sled, but so much for that idea.

Pistons are ok, if it was mine, I would replace them and lightly hone the cylinder.

It was burned down once by turboal when he was trying to dial in the nitrous and he rebuilt it up there, and only has about 200 miles on it since the rebuild.
