Tunnel swap need help

Hi All
I split my tunnel last ride of 13/14 season and with a growing family a new sled is just not happen this year. I found a cheap 2010 Iq tunnel to replace my busted tunnel. Anyone have any suggestion or helpful pic of this kind of project.

Thank you for any help

Roll up your sleeves! All jokes aside, transfer as many parts as you can on a one to one ratio, take it off one and put it on the other. That will make the organization MUCH easier. Pre-spay the doner sled's bolts with pb blaster or sea foam deep creep every day for a few days prior to the project, it will prevent broken bolts and trip to the dealer/hardware store. Save up and set aside money for as many new "wearble" parts as you can use, no sense going through all of this just to have to take out the track and replace a drive shaft bearing three weeks after it's back together. Have patience and good luck.

P.S. take extra care with electrical connections, they should be "easy" to take apart, if not, you may not be doing it right. They are a PITA to fix/replace so take your time. Dig in .:hungry:
