tunnel reinforcements please help

Matt...Can you find out from Erik what material these are made from (aluminum, Stainless)??
Is there an outer plate to "sandwich" the tunnel together?

Also... If he has an assault there...could he/you check the plates to see if they could be made to fit?... or offer a set that does?

Shows the Assault stock inner plate... very diff from the PRO/STD models... but also shows that the Assaults will buckle and could also use some more protection.

These are made of aluminum. No second piece to 'sandwich'. I think he mentioned 2 thicknesses available. I'll inquire fora piece from him for the assault.
