Tunnel ideas?

Well, I totaled my 11 Pro at the end of last season after a gap jump/drop to hidden rock.
Insurance was very, very nice to me, and I now have a '12, and bought back the totaled sled.
Since I have 2 other stock Pros, I thought I would "repair" the totaled sled , and alter it into a spring basher. Raptor shocks, a Team tied secondary, and a Camo 2.5 track under it REALLY changed this sled! (stuckfest in the dry and deep, but much more fun to ride on 90% of the days here in central Oregon).
I put about 900 rough miles on it this season, and it is holding up great.
It did however have an amazing Matt-less ride down from a corness, into a dead 10" tree that shattered into many pieces. It (not I) bowed out the tunnel on the right side, in the footwell, just in front of the forward skid mount.
So, I'm into this sled ~$4000, and just can't justify spending the money to replace the tunnel with a stock Polaris replacement (~$2300?? vs. 5 minutes with a 4 pound rubber hammer, 3 PBRs, 2 redneck friends, and a worn out rusty cumalong) That was my 1/2 way to x-mas montage right there.
I have done a Van Amberg bumper kit on an IQR and Turbo Dragon, but the kits mount too far back to fix my bump.
Any other ideas?
Side note, if you crack a bulkhead, a 3/16" hole seems to keep it from further cracking.
Thanks!

same

i did the same, i pounded mine out and got it pretty straight but instead of pushing the front back with it, it pushed the back up and is way crooked now. when i wheelie it kind of walks sideways and my clutches are out of alignment

Search AKSNOWRIDER's threads he has made a variety of tunnel reinforcements for the PRO. Some to fix the damage pictured and some others that to allow the PRO to tow freight sleds into the Alaskan bush. See what he has available and shoot him a PM.

Thanks guys!
Upon closer inspection, the tunnel has a tear right behind the back of the chaincase... It also ate a couple belts this spring. I assumed it was related to the more aggressive secondary clutching.
Hmmph. I'm afraid I might just have to tear this ol girl apart this summer, and do a turbo while I'm at it.

If you decide to go with a whole tunnel i'm going to be tearing down my 2012 that has Vanamberg bumper kit, fastrax extended chaincase, along with over structure and jack and drive shaft that i'm going to try and sell. Probably more then what you want to throw at it. Let me know.

I've got a stock 153" tunnel with Better Boards from a '12 pro. $900 plus shipping.
