Tuning Problems with stage 3 CPC M8

Have a 2010 M8 With stage 3 CPC Turbo. Regardless of whether I am running 8 psi or 11 psi I cannot seem to get the bottom end clean. i keep lowering my fuel preassure and all of my attitude settings and it is getting better... however I am down to 36 lbs of fuel preassure and still have green at 2 yellow at 2.5, yellow blue at 1.5 and still can't get it to stay clean in the low end. Everytime you crack the throttle the sled takes anywhere from a half to 1.5 secopnds to clean out then runs well. Now i am certain i am starting to run lean on full boost but if i add fuel anywhere the bottom end coes to crap. Air fuel is at the high 12's at wot and shows really lean in bottom and mid ( 15 to off the gauge). Just not sure what the answer is. I have my red up at 7 to try and deliver more fuel at wot but could that be causing this? really dont want to burn it down on top trying to get a crisp bottom end. Also was hoping to crank the boost to 15 psi this weekend for some drag races but cant get it to produce more that 11 psi even cranking my boost contrller right in. Shoud i tighten wastegate rod next? Has anyone run one of these kits at high boost? any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
L

Sled has 160 miles on it and has done it since new. Have not checked the reeds. If you are continously on and off the throttle boondocking etc it runs perfect. Is when it is allowed to idle down for 10 seconds or more ( idling down the trail or coming down after pulling a hill) that the burble comes back. If it was reeds wouldnt it do it continuously ?

I dont know what accuator Dale sends with his kits. But with my pump gas accuator i can only get it up to 10 or 11 if i crank the boost knob all the way up. And it seems like the race gas accuator will only go down to 10 or 11, if i remember right. Backcountryislife is the guy you need to PM , he has a CPC kit and he turns his up above 12 lbs.

i had a bad 02 sensor tell me lean when it was running rich...in the past, a o2 sensor would go south and read full lean no matter what in the past....perfor the O2 check in my sig line
