Tuning Apex turbo with a Pure Logic?

HI guys. Just brought my Apex home and its tuned for 10000 feet. It has the MCXpress kit with head shim and currenty set at 12 lbs and has the Pure Logic controller. Just wondering if someone has a base setting to get me started. I want to be able to run it at 2000 ft and then set it to run at 7000 ft. Does anyone run this set up. Also where are you running your A/F ratio's? I have heard about 12.5 is where you want to run but just want to make sure this is what everyone is doing. Thanks for any help.

a/f shoul be around 12-12.5 at wot around 14 at idle.

yellow 1 to 2
blue green 3 but start with 4 and see where your a/f is im guessing it will be 11.0
red 3.5
yellow blue 5
red blue 5
