Is Babcock still open or has the mine taken over the core lodge? How about a snow & trail report ? Is the trail from the parking lot to hill climb now a vehicle road or still for only sleds ?

yes babcock is still open for sleds, they plow the road for the first couple miles then its good to go. was in there on sunday mar 1, it was pretty tracked up and hard. we got some snow in G.P. yesterday so hopefully they got some out there!!

Heading to core lodge, Anyone know current conditions ?

We were at Red Deer Falls last week, tons of new snow, its not to far from Babcock. So I would think good, use caution the snow was heavy and on top of hard base, probably will slide easily.

Is there still a core lodge? I heard it burnt down a few years ago...
