Trying to make a helmet decision...

Due to my neck being jacked up and the weight of a standard helmet, I am going to get myself a carbon fiber helmet. Where have you guys seen good prices on these?(oxymoron)

hjc has some. saw them a couple years ago. could prob find one on close out for pretty cheap these days. i have heard that airoh helmets are really light to. expensive and i think it would have to be shipped over from europe. do a search for them for dealers in the states. sick looking helmets

try the 509...I just used mine a couple weekend ago really liked the fit. i also used a pair of 509 goggles my Scotts didn't really fit well with there helmet or at least the pair i had. But didn't have any fogging issues while riding.

Try the FOX V3 its my fav helmet so far, its ultra light and 174.99. I also liked my TLD which was a bad *** helmet but 400ish dollars also

I have been using a flylite cf and recently broke visor that is not replaceable. Ordered the 509 but was concerned it was just over 3#. I have not rode with it yet but looking forward to it. Then I hear 509 is coming out with a superlite CF so will see what that is about? Sounds like it will be out soon.

Thanks for all the great replies, dizzle got me interested in a cf giro helmet. 1.9 lbs and plenty of protection for what I need.
