Trying to Fix Side Panel Fitment

After having problems with water getting to my clutches from the fitment of the side panels this is what I came up with for holding the hood out towards the side panel so they fit like they should. Next year this sled is getting the race plastics on it that have the side panel, hood side and console all in one piece. less fitment issues. Only thing will be customizing the airbox around the intercooler and making some more vents to get air to the cooler.

You think the bracket will clear the 2 stroke pipe?

That's one thing I will have to look at exhaust side should bit clutch side might be close only access I have to one is an 800 but it has the race plastics on it already. I like those a lot better after working on that sled

Was thinking of putting weather striping around the side panels to keep snow from going in around the panel edges. Did some light ditch banging and pulled panel and couldn't believe how much snow was getting in. When mountain riding everything is so hot it doesn't look as bad.

I'm going to try to find a soft seal weatherstrip with self adhesive to put on there and seal it up tight. Might also make a new vent on the hood side so no snow can melt into that too.
