Trying to find a good turbo setup for my XP

I am trying to find a good, reliable setup for my 09 XP. I ride from 8000' and up, never lower.

I saw that vid that was posted a few weeks ago and was impressed but I am not a fan of that huge snorkle sticking out. The places that I ride, it would most likely get torn off.

I'm not looking for a handout, but I would like to work out some sort of deal where everybody is happy. Thanks!

I wouldn't let the location of the intake deter you from Dave's kit...it is very easy to change your intake location...I have mine routed up through the cowling next to the gage pod.

I dont have dave's (boostit on snowest) kit per say but it essentially identical. He was alot of help getting it dialed in and is a stand up guy to deal with. Oh...by the way....bump the boost up to 12lbs and it is flat out scary on a machine that light.

I am going to denver on business the first part of april...just noticed your from colorado....we may pull the sleds out...can you give me the 411 on some riding in the area?

There are a lot of really nice places, but right now the snow sucks. No fresh in over a week! Hard as concrete!

turbo kit

Hey PJ,

I dont know what your price range is, but the one turbo kit that has been completely indistructable for my Rev is Turbo Al's 860BB w/ twin 53's 50/50 race gas.... I ride alot in Rabbit Ears, Cameron Pass, Snowy's area and last weekend get into some stuff where i dropped in a huge bowl and the only way back out was the way I went in. Got to the bottom and over a minute of WOT I was back on the top. EGT's and A/F perfect the whole way, did it again to see if it would hold and sure enough, perfect again. Had a few turbo kits and have had them burn down.... this one has been the only one that just keeps goin.
