truck or boots?

Depends on what you want. Do you need the truck? If you need it then go with the truck. Just remember everytime you fill up Expensive. Plus the time its going to take to figure out the problem. The parts your going to have to buy to try to make it run. It could be simple or difficult. I would go with the boots but thats my desicion. Let us know what you decide.

Nicks Boots

Thee 53R Rancher is perfect with a #3 toe and rough out front and back if you spend your life stacking hay, working cows and walking fence lines. I just got the catalog and it's not on the website. Tomorrow I need to change my order. You can't get far walking or stacking hay with a packer riding heel. I've got White's packers I bought in 2003 and I like them just fine for riding. That's what they are made for.

Dude, this thread is over 6 years old, I think the man has bought a pair of boots by now!

Probably time for a new pair though... I have never got more than a year out of workboots, even $300 red wings

It's a spam post anyway (1st post and it's on a thread so old it had to be from a Google search).

True story. It was about 1970. I owned a 59 Plymouth station wagon. It burned about a quart of oil every 200 miles and had sat in front of my house with a flat tire for about 6 months.

One day a kid knocked on my door and asked:

"Hey mister do you want to sell that old car?" I answered "Sure, $25". He replied "Well, I only have $25 and I need to buy a pair of shoes and a car. If I spend the whole $25 on the car I won't have enough to by the shoes."

I said "I can't go any lower than 25. he said "I'll go ask my dad what I should do. He came back and said "My dad said if I can get a car for $25 he will loan me the money to buy the shoes."

He came back with his dad and they put the spare tire on, I gave it a jump start and they drove away happy as could be.
