truck or boots?

next pay check im getting about 750 and i know of a 90-91 f-250 7.3L n/a with a 5 speed that i could get for about 500, body is extremely straight.

it has a visor over the windshield, im not sure how many miles and has fuel trouble. from what i hear it wont start, it could be the ip is junk to the fuel pump or the fuel shut off solenoid...

its either that or a trip to spokane to get a pair of " whites " boots

what you guys think i should get?

Get a pair of Nicks Hotshots. Whites went down hill fast after they moved out of the downtown shop. last pair I bough was 1984 and I ended up giving them away they sucked dust so bad. Sent em back for repair and they were worse. Nicks fit and wear like whites used to in the 60's.

stupid question! would you rather walk to town in your new boots or would you like to drive your new chick magnet to town. kinda hard to pick up a chick with some new boots

Thats right, you do get what you pay for...thats for sure.

Nice lookin boots man, I used to come home from work and hardly be able to walk myself, I even got planter fasciitis from my last pair of cheap work boots.

Finally I couldn't take it anymore and bought a goooood pair, withen a week my feet were back to normal and it wasn't horrible to stand or walk.

i was told that nicks were more of a dress boot of sorts...

I guess some of Nicks styles are kind of fancy. I have a pair of Rancher 53R for everyday wear and a pair of Hotshots 25V for work. I'm an old retired wildland firefighter that they pull out of retirement every summer when things heat up. Poke around on Nicks web site if you are serious about getting some good boots. They may have a dealer near you and you will get the same price as direct from the factory.

If you make your living on your feet no way can a $500 pickup be a higher priority than good boots. Get the ruffouts in whatever style if you want them to last and in my opinion the smooth side in is much more comfortable.

No, I don't own a weed eater.

The 7.3 had a common problem with the glow plug relay going out. When mine did it, the truck would turn over, but just blow smoke out the tail pipe, New glow plug relay, fired right up.

Put that money into stocks in ANY big Canadian Oil Company that is about to release there second quarter profits in the next week to two weeks and double it......then buy both!!!!!!!
