Trout Creek or Seeley Lake?

Looking to but some property with a cabin in one of these two locations. Would be great to here from some locals on typical winter conditions / sledding conditions about both of these areas.

Which Trout Creek? There are a couple in Montana.

The one on Noxon reservoir, kind of NW from Thompson Falls. Love to hear any input from you if you are familure with either or better yet both of these areas?

I've only been through TC a couple times in the summer.
I can't help you about that one. I've heard it's really nice though in the winter.

Maybe now things have cooled off a bit outside and the action on this site has picked up a little bit somebody with some area knowledge might want to chime in on this topic?
