08 700 rmk So, I went through and set the TPS to the correct voltages. The only thing that I was not clear on was at what point do you sync the throttle bodies. The shop manual was not clear on that. They mention it at the end after you adjust the TPS and then the idle. It did not make sense to me adjusting it after you got your baseline. In the video, (which was made for the 755s and 900s) it shows him syncing the TBs in the first step. To me that seemed right and thats what I did. Put the sled together, fired right up and was idling at 2200 rpm. After putting it in reverse and back into forward the idle was at 1900 rpm. That all seemed fine, but after getting it up to 6800 rpm in the garage it would start to cut out a little. This was never a problem before, just a low idle and trouble going in and out of reverse. So, I am convinced that I need to re sync the TBs and re adjust the TSP. If anyone could set me straight on the order in which to do this I would appreciate it.
