Travel trailers

Been looking into travel trailers. Are the Artic Foxes really ask they are cracked up to be in superiority when dealing with harsher temps? Thinking about getting a trailer and figured that if I do I might as well get one that works for sledding and not just summer stuff.

I bought a jayco this spring. Overall it's been good. Had it in one time for some warranty stuff. Went with the jayco because of the 2 year warranty. For me the really cold weather thing really isn't a big factor. We well camp as much as possible through October.

Arctic Fox campers are built better with better attention to quality and craftsmanship. I wish I knew about this line before buying my RV.

Jayco's quality just isn't there anymore and they have been selling mostly on prior reputation to justify their pricing. My neighbor bought a brand new '15 40' Jayco last year and it is literally falling apart. The build quality and materials is about the same as my Forest River 5th wheel-not great. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cfP6xDnVprQ Don't be fooled by a 2 year warranty, basically worthless if you can't get dealer or factory to perform the warranty work. I'm happy with my Forest River Wildcat only because it was much cheaper than a Jayco and I had no false expectations of superior quality.

If you intend to keep your camper for 10 years or longer, the Artic Fox is built to last. It is worth the extra money for worry free quality. I got too much time and money in my fifth wheel to bail out and get an AF but if I'm ever back in the market, it'll be on the top of my list,

I took my jayco in. They fixed everything on the list. There is an independent plsce here in town that also can do Jayco warranty. 2 of the area dealers both told me the could handle it. I will admit the quality isn't up to car standards, but I bought a price point model. My next one will be a top of the line 5th wheel, but for now we have had a ton of fun with our jay flight.
I also really know nothing about arctic fox. Are the green like Arctic Cat? Haha Most of the time in life the better it is the more it costs.

Thanks for the input. I figure if I don't do any winter use my selection goes WAY up and prices come WAY down. I've sat out a few sled trips with friends because I had nobody to watch my dog. I thought this way he could just come along PLUS I could stay at the trailhead at times.
