Thanks to Ice Cap, We took my boys out shooting today. First time for them with anything more than a BB gun. they used up a number of 22 rounds and got a couple of AR shots as well. We ended up getting dumped on by a thunderstorm..hail and all....

Gotta love burning powder with the kids. Looks like they are only a few years from taking their Hunter's Ed. class. Let me know if you have trouble finding a spot for them. I teach the class and can always make room for a Snowester

Progress yer kids to 223 long barrel. I just put my 7&10 yr old on this last weekend and they did well. next will be 243. 10 yr old daughter was shootin pop cans at 185 yrds.
