Trailer wall liner?

What did you use on the floor? It looks great. Got a new trailer coming. I am trying to figure out what to do with the walls and floor.

On walls wound up just using the 3/8" ply wood the previous owner had installed after they insulated. I primed them with a primer I use to block wood grain from coming threw at work all the time (2 coats) then drywall pole sanded it lightly to knock any raised grain down and then coated walls with exterior latex semi gloss paint 3 coats. Turned out incredible for 50 bucks and on floor I pressure washed then let dry and sanded with a 19" floor sander the stained it with a semi transparent 2 coats (1st brushed with 6" premium deck brush to get all the nooks and cranny a and the kick plate ) second coat with 12" roller. Color is black earth a dark dark gray and another 50 bucks. Had vinyl in my race trailer for motocross was fine but not a sled trailer thing plus this way I can touch up floor at end of season if want easily. But I have rollers for skis in trailer and no studs allowed with this owner :) also will be putting skis on carpet scrapes from the jobs so no rust spots under skis. Littlerly just 100 bucks made it 1000 times better and the 50 in new lights was worth it too. Sad part is the new tread plate cost as much as finishing the whole inside.lol since bought put 500 in to it and I could easily sell for 2g more than I paid for it :)

Nice trailer.

I opted for a lighter color for the floor. The lower panels were bare wood when I bought it so I painted those white as well to match the upper walls.

That looks nice! Only reason I went so so dark was cus previous owned had black spots all over floor. Otherwise would have went little lighter so won't show scratches

Question for you construction guys. My new trailer is setup with drymax osb on the floor and walls. I contacted the manufacture and they suggested leaving the floor bare. I was planing on painting the walls with latex and the floor with an oil based floor paint with silicate added for traction. The drymax supposedly is constructed with fiberglass resin and is hardened. I loaded sleds on in a demo trailer and the didn't mark the floor.

Any thought?

We have that in our one trailer on the floor and no it doesn't mark and seems to last good we left it bare cus only use for sledding and work I have noticed couple spots imflaming a little bit not bad at all. way better than standard 450 osb. coating in with a oil base might not be great cus it won't suck in the sheets well. I'm guessing if u did use a solid oil base would work but would show any/all scratches u would be married to maintaining it. The walls would be fine u don't walk on em :) imo But if was me would buy the wheels and use em in the trailer only and just do it. a finished trailer always look better than a none finished one

I went with truck bed liner spray-in to coat the wood floor on my trailer. I didn't dye it so it is clear. Visually hard to tell it is there, but keeps the wood dry and ice patch-free when you have wet / melting sleds in the trailer.

Did you spray or use a roller on the walls?

What was in the walls for insulation? I'm looking into some options to insulate mine. I was thinking of trying some spray foam. Thanks
