trail riding

Hello there,
Looking at relocating to Bellingham and would like to know if there are any good trail systems around the area? Everything the family rides are short tracks. I would imagine you could even ride Canada since it's so close.
Thanks!

I thank you for that information. It will be very helpful. Only question is.......only 19 miles of trail? I'm use to putting on 100 to 120 miles a day
Any areas with a more wider range of trail systems?
Again....thanks so much

edit!!! never mind.......found what I needed. I wasn't looking far enough at the site you gave me!

Miles and Miles and Miles

Firecat,

Welcome!

I think you will find that there are quite a few area's around that offer outstanding trail riding. There are also even more forest service roads that don't get groomed, but make for great riding.

One warning though....just look at the trail, DO NOT look up from the trail.

All you will see is beautiful terrain that you will need more sled to get to!

Bagger :beer;

start saving your money for new sleds....you will be so close to Baker and Whistler that it will be painful to just be on the trail...

Welcome to WA. Where are moving from?

I'm not sure I want new sleds. I'm pretty fond of the ones I have.
I am coming from Alaska if I do make the move. I'm not a mountain climber. I like goin fast and pounding trails.
Thanks for the welcome and advice from all. I appreciate it very much!!
