Trail Conditions above Gate at Monte

Did anyone ride at Monte Cristo yesterday? I'm wondering if there is still snow on the trail past the gate. We were thinking of going up tomorrow. Thanks!

A couple of days ago it was melting and the first 100 yards from the gate was rock hard ice. I was not on my sled was just taking the dogs for a walk.
